The Los Idolos lot, processed at the Descafecol facility in Manizales, has made us true believers in “Sugarcane” processing. This natural decaffeination method has the unique ability to retain a coffee’s more subtle features. With bright but balanced tropical fruit tones, rounded out with a vanilla sweetness, this coffee holds its place proudly amongst our other offerings.
