La Roma

La Roma variety blend is the second coffee that we’ve purchased from Colombia-based specialty exporters, Forest Coffee. Emanuel Encisco has played a crucial role in establishing a central processing mill that brings together coffee producers from over 15 villages in the Gaitania region of Huila. This facility enables small-scale landowners to sell their high-quality coffees as part of a "community-lot," where they are paid 30% above the market rate. We found this coffee to be exceptional for both espresso and filter brewing methods, boasting familiar, traditional qualities and great dimensionality.
