Aromas Del Sur

Aromas Del Sur refers to a collective of small farms located in Pitalito, Huila created by Rodrigo Sanchez and exporting specialists Clearpath Coffee. Their intention was to connect surrounding smallholder producers (Sanchez included) with services such as crop evaluation, cupping labs, and access to a central post-harvest processing facility known as El Puente, which translates to "The Bridge." This lot immediately jumped out at us on the cupping table with its structured, dark berry-like acidity and sweet cream finish.
