Katia Duke San Isidro

We discovered Katia Duke's coffee early on during Quarrelsome's conceptualizing stage and were immediately captivated by its unique processing and the farm's rich history. The microorganism washed process is characterized by the reusing of a microbe dense culture (commonly known as mosto) from a previous anaerobic fermentation. Ultimately, we are presented with an extremely sweet and balanced coffee that shines beautifully on filtered brew methods.
