We’re excited to bring back a coffee that was a favorite among our baristas and customers alike in 2023. Based in the northwest portion of Tolima, Colombia, sits the 300 hectare farm known as El Vergel Estates. With efforts led by second-generation producers Elias and Shady Bayter, El Vergel has become quite distinguished for its boundary-defying approaches to processing and fermentation. This coffee lot goes through multiple stages of anaerobic fermentation, lending to an intense fruit-forward and funky profile with a layered, sparkling effervescence.

We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous US on orders of $40 USD or more.
We roast on Mondays and ship 1–2 days after you order so you get the freshest coffee possible. If you order Friday–Sunday, your order will be fulfilled after the next roast (Monday).
